(OFS) is a Swiss foundation with the aim of providing dispute resolution services to affiliated financial institutions, service providers, financial services, financial advisors, and their clients. The foundation operates upon request from a client or financial service provider. OFS is a public utility entity subject to the supervision of the Federal Foundation Supervisory Authority in Bern.
OFS was officially recognized by the Swiss Federal Department of Finance as a Mediation Body on June 24, 2020.
